DEVELOP FURTHER

Programs – Seminars – Mentorship

The “Develop Further” principle includes learning, networking, exchange of experiences and ideas, creation of programs and projects in cooperation and with the support of C31. As a team, we believe in education, the importance of sharing experiences and lessons learnt, intergenerational exchange, intersectoral and international cooperation. This principle is related to our commitment to partnership with relevant professionals, associations, institutions, and communities, from Serbia, the Balkan region, and beyond. Inclusion of children and young people in the processes and activities aimed at enhancing their rights and well-being, as well as the well-being of society, is a task shared by all of us.

List of Ideas –
Get inspired and act!

The List of Ideas is created with the aim of inspiring everyone to small and significant deeds, gestures, actions, activities, and endeavours, which are doable by any one of us in order to contribute to the wellbeing of individuals and communities, addressing social issues, and contributing to the society to become a better place for (different) people to live in.
This list is open-ended and invites to be enriched with new ideas.

Programs and workshops
for children and the young

Our organisation is focused on education and providing support to children and young people in recognizing and addressing the issues that matter to them, exploring and expressing different perspectives, thinking critically and ethically, developing their creativity, connecting with the values, becoming engaged, and supporting each other. To build the best versions of themselves and of the society in which we live together.

Over the past twenty years, we have developed a diverse range of programs in schools, museums, local communities, cultural heritage and memorial sites, institutions working on human and child rights, and social care. These programs were of different formats and duration – from the long-term programs, various projects, to single workshops, one-off activities, actions, and events.

In addition to that, we have supported a substantial number of children’s and youth groups – from their formation, organization, and strengthening their capacities, to developing their unique programs, activities, and actions.

Trainings, seminars, workshops for those working with children and the young

We are creating seminars, workshops, trainings for teachers, pedagogues, as well as for all the other interested professionals, institutions, and organisations working with children and young people, and responding to current needs.

Featured Projects

Consultations and
consultative engagement

Members of our team possess extensive and wide-ranging experience in cooperation with schools, institutions, organisations, informal groups, professionals, children, and young people, in different areas. Creation of educational programs, participative research of the perspectives of the children and young people, consultative processes, focus groups, actions and campaigns with and for children and young people, creation of platforms and policies that include young people as active participants and take into account their perspectives – are some of the areas in which our organisation can be a partner.

Creation of programs
and mentorship support

A special model of long-term cooperation intended for institutions and organisations is the creation of custom-made educational programs for and with the partner organisation, training for staff for program implementation and its further development, and mentorship support provided during the process.

One example of this form of collaboration is numerous projects within the Share Program model, created in collaboration with different museums and heritage sites, based on their respective collections and exhibitions.

Another example of collaboration with an international organization has been the creation of programs and trainings for facilitators to work with refugee children.
